Cal State LA students who would like to complete a requirement during the summer and accelerate their progress toward graduation can begin to register for summer classes.
During May Session, which runs from May 23 to June 11, students can complete a course in three weeks. Summer Session classes are offered during three convenient sessions: a 10-week session (May 31 to Aug. 13) and two five-week sessions (May 31 to July 5 and July 11 to Aug. 13).
Courses available in the summer include accounting, art, child development, counseling, English, geology, marketing, political science, social work and more. The schedule of classes for each session is listed on the May and Summer Session website.
Current Cal State LA students can begin registering for summer classes on their registration appointment date listed in GET. Appointments started on March 21.
