Cal State LA has been selected to serve as a Los Angeles County Vote Center in California’s June 2 Primary Election.

Voters in Los Angeles County will be able to cast their ballots for an extended voting period at any Vote Centers located across the county, instead of at a single designated polling place on Election Day.

The Cal State LA Vote Center will be open Saturday, May 30, through Election Day on Tuesday, June 2.

The center will be located in the Student Services Building, on the lower level, in room 120. Hours of operation, parking information, and other details can be found on the Cal State LA Vote Center webpage.

The Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder’s Office also has an official ballot drop box conveniently installed on campus. The drop box is located near Lot 4, across from the Career Center. All registered Los Angeles County voters can drop off their vote-by-mail ballots in the box. No postage is needed. The box is designed to meet all security features required by the California Secretary of State.

Free visitor parking for voters—including accessible parking spaces—will be available in the upper level of Structure A. Accessible parking is also available in Lot 4. If at capacity, please see information on the visitors parking webpage.

Californians must be registered to vote at least 15 days before Election Day. Registration must be postmarked or submitted electronically no later than May 18, 2026. For this date and other important election deadlines, go to the election dates and resources webpage.

Learn more about voting in person in Los Angeles County. Register to vote or check your voter registration status on the California Secretary of State and Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder’s websites.
